Board
of Directors
The Soligence Board of Directors comprises of four members who are active and knowledgeable in their fields. Two members are co-founders at
Soligence and the remaining two members are financial partners. The board members assist Soligence grow and expand.
Larry Kubal
In addition to his investment experience, Mr.
Kubal was a management consultant with Booz, Allen & Hamilton
in their corporate strategy practice. Prior to consulting, Mr. Kubal
worked extensively in computerized database publishing for McGraw-Hill
Publications Company and for the Academy for Educational Development.
Mr. Kubal has also held an executive position with a venture-backed
PC software company. Mr. Kubal received his undergraduate degree
from Duke University, cum laude with departmental distinction, and
his MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.
Nina Ebert
Ms. Ebert is Chief Financial Officer for Labrador
Ventures, where she is responsible for financial management and
reporting, operations and human resources. Before joining Labrador
Ventures, Ms. Ebert spent 6 years at Goldman Sachs in New York were
she worked in various departments of the investment banking division,
including Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets,
and Principal Investing. She spent one additional year in Corporate
Finance with Montgomery Securities before moving into operations
management for Nice Ventures where she was CFO, PeoplePC where she
was Director of Operations, and Saints Ventures where she was a
Managing Director and CFO.
Ms. Ebert received her Master's Degree in International
Policy Studies and Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Stanford
University. She received her MBA from Harvard Business School.
Yuval Spector
Yuval is currently the CEO of UpToUs, an online web service
for organizing parents and trusted groups. He was co-founder and CEO of
Soligence from 2002-2006 and led the company from inception to initial
revenues. Prior to Soligence, Yuval was working in Orbotech (ORBK), where he
held several managerial roles and was responsible for leading large
competitive bids in the US and internationally. He holds an M.Sc. from
Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was a Sloan Fellow, and an
M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from the Weizmann Institute of Science in
Israel.
Tuvik Beker – Chairperson
Tuvik has extensive expertise in automation of mission-critical systems and
processes, and in problem-driven algorithmic development. Formerly,
he was involved in several projects within the Israeli aerospace
industry, which earned him special commendation from the Head of
the R&D Directorate in the Israeli Ministry of Defense. He earned
his Ph.D. in Neural Computation from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Tuvik is a co-founder of Soligence.
